24/07/2010		Harris Rallying have today confirmed their intention to compete in the Wales Rally GB National event, run on the very same stages of the famous WRC event. This National B rally is new for this year, and allows clubman competitors to run non homologated vehicles alongside the manufacturer teams on some of the toughest rally stages in the UK. Dave is incredably excited about the prospect of competing against the likes of Loeb, Hirvonen and Latvala on the highest profile event on our shores. Because of the increased costs of competing on such a prestigous rally, Dave is searching for more sponsors to help back the team. 27/02/2010		Dave and co-driver Mark Worley competed in this weekends Rallye Sunseeker. The duo started the event well lying first in class for much of the day, which thrilled the team. However, on the last stage of the event one of the half shafts broke which meant the the wheel parted company with the rest of the car. Obviously Dave and crew were bitterly dissapointed with the outcome, but they will bounce back and a new axle is being sourced!
19/10/2009		Prima Motorsport and Titon Harnesses have now also confirmed their sponsorship of the Harris Rally team for the Tempest Stages. Dave has been using Titon harnesses in the Escort, trusting his life in them should the worst happen. 14/09/2009		Harris rallying are pleased to be sponsored once again, by Skid Car on the forthcoming Tempest Stages rally. For more details on Skid Car, and the training that they can provide, please got to the Skid Car website.
05/09/2009		Following last years success Harris rallying have confirmed that they will return to this years Tempest Stages rally in November. Last year Dave finished 1st overall in the 2 wheel drive rally. This year he is set to return with Tim Babbage to try and repeat the success!
04/08/2008		Check out the September issue of Fast Ford magazine to see a feature about Harris Rallying! Harris Rallying attended the open day for Tarnock Garage, and Fast Ford magazine were in attendance. The team replicated what goes on in a service halt whilst on a rally, and did a full spanner check, gearbox change and tyre change in an astounding 6 minutes! 25/04/2009		Unfortunately Dave suffered a blown diff on stage 8 of the 2009 Somerset Stages, and had to retire. After stage 7 Dave was lying 36th overall and 4th in class, so to have to retire was a massive dissapointment.
10/02/09		Harris Rallying have announced that the next event for the team will be The Somerset Stages. More details on the event can be found on Burnham on Sea’s website.
02/02/09		Dave and Jamie both completed the hotly contested Brean Stages rally over the weekend. Dave had a fantastic run, finishing 1st in class, and 7th overall! Jamie finished 7 in class and 36 overall. Dave would like to thank Glyn Thomas, co-driver for the event, for pushing him when needed, and Tarnock Garage for sponsoring him on the event. 23/01/09		The entry list for the upcoming Weston Motor club “Brean Stages” rally has been released. Both Dave and Jamie are competing in this years event, and they will start 15th and 64th respectively. Both crews are looking forward to the event, which starts on the 31st of January.
